This lil' guy for the Nelson Cycling Club was fun to do. The rack card was made for distribution at bike shops and information centers with some tidbits on riding bikes in the Nelson area and where to get further information.

I made this poster to help spread the good word for the Nelson Cycling Club's fundraising film night. Photo by the illustrious Bryan Ralph!

A rack card to promote Skeena Valley Expeditions' day trips and multi-day adventures. Doubles as a post card! I did the art direction for all the marketing material for this new company.

Business cards for Skeena Valley Expeditions.

This poster can be seen inside cruise ships stopping over in Prince Rupert BC, on their way to Alaska.

The Freshly Squeezed Design Symposium, the full name at one point I believe, is a loosely knit group of designers that would get together about once a month or so. One person would lead the meeting, arranging a house or beach to meet at and a topic to discuss. We'd usually have a few malted beverages after and continue bullshitting about design and so forth. The opportunity came about to do an exhibition of graphic design at Nelson's new museum and for several months of planning and production in ever increasing intensity we created an exhibit based on the theme of "Design is Everywhere".
We "divided into three areas, each one engaging in a specific discourse on design", those being Promote, Educate and Inspire. I was in the Promote group. We decided to make a series of big posters and suspend them from the ceiling.
Thanks to Nate and Dowd for pretending to hit me with hockey sticks, Bryan Ralph for shooting the photo, and to everyone else I got to collaborate with!

Some new business cards for the fine folks at the Net Idea offices.

A Canadian feel was developed for this Net Idea direct mail campaign, offering premium dial-up services to rural areas across Canada.

Different ads that adorned the front pages of West Kootenay print publication The Pennywise, advertising Net Idea connection services, ranging from 2005 - 2007.

Retallack wanted me to make them a graphic with the resort's heavy metal name and a skull. I wasn't going to argue.

Using some sick photos from the deep Retallack backcountry, I made this rack card to tease people about the upcoming 05-06 cat skliing season.

Working with Retallack's marketing director, this 20" x 30" poster was made to have on hand for clients at the resort gift shop. The photo is a Blake Jorgenson shot of Dan Treadway. Posters are cool!

Yep, a business card. Sweet!

This little guy was a quick voucher for a promotion between O.A.R.S. and Bear Valley Ski Resort for the ski area's last week of operation for the season.

My friends at Wildlife Genetics International needed a brochure to give to prospective clients at deer farming conventions. A professional look on a glossy stock was desired.

A poster to help promote Rick Foulger's artist retreat at Talus Lodge.

These posters for Nelson nightspot The Rez were fun to do. If the opportunity arises to use 50 Cent in a project, it's good times!

Red Sky at Night Sailing Adventures needed a brochure for their new sailing charter business. The business is co-owned by adventure photographer Dave Heath, giving a great selection of photos to use for the project. I also made their website.

A print ad for Purcell Digital, promoting ourselves with an adventure tourism feel. Pretty sure that's a Peter Moynes photo.

This college print project called for a series of three ads, keeping a common graphic direction while creating versions in CMYK, duotone and grayscale modes.
